How Do I Place An Order?
Once you have finished shopping and have placed your items into the shopping cart, click on to the green shopping bag.
Log in or register.
Then follow the cart.
It's very simple to use.
Items are accurate at the time of listing. If I am out of stock, I will email you and refund you straight away.
POSTAGE PRICES
Postage prices given are for Australia and New Zealand only.
If you are outside these countries, please request a postage cost.
If you go through the checkout without a postage request, I will email you and you will receive a Paypal postage invoice. Parcels
will not be posted until postage has been received.
Payment & Shipping
Payment is made via Paypal.
I post 5 days a week to ensure that you receive your purchase as quick as possible.
You will receive an email from Auspost with your tracking number once I have processed your order.
Please make sure that your address matches the address on your Paypal account. I will only post to the Paypal address to ensure seller protection.
I only post to Australia and New Zealand at this stage.
Returns & Refunds
Please choose carefully.
I only refund on items that have a fault, once they have been posted back to me.
Please contact me before returning a fault item.
Taxes/Custom Fees.
All individual country TAXES/GST/VAT/Customs fees are to be paid solely by the purchaser.
Please check before purchasing what taxes your country may charge.

These moulds are protected by artist copyright laws.
You may make products from my moulds and sell those finished products.
But you are not permitted to make moulds of my designs and sell those moulds.
Even by adding something or taking away from my original creation is also not permitted.
These creations remain the property of Moulds 4 You.
